My knowledge about the energy sector enables me to provide hands on, pragmatic and sound advice on national and international corporate tax matters and transfer pricing relevant for clients businesses.

I have a special interest and experience in the energy sector, covering oil & gas, suppliers & contractors, electricity, alternative resources and renewables. My industry knowledge enables me to provide tax advice as an integrated part of the business. I advise on corporate tax matters with a focus on transfer pricing and transfer related matters like:

I appreciate being part of projects from scratch on to implementation and maintenance, by adding value being a tax specialist and using my sector expertise. Being an entrepreneur I prefer assisting entrepreneurs in assessing risks and taking decision on the basis thereof. I like to provide hands-one advice as to integrating wage tax and VAT, which we can offer with our dedicated team at Taxand.

I head the Dutch transfer Pricing practice of Taxand and take part in the Transfer Pricing service line of Taxand Global and the Energy Practice group of Taxand Global. Recently I was appointed to the board of the transfer pricing section of the Dutch Association of Tax Lawyers (NOB).

I am a member of the Dutch Bar (NOVA) and the Dutch Association of Tax Lawyers (NOB), the IFA and representing Taxand within the Dutch Association of Suppliers in the Oil & Gas Industry, and a member of the Dutch Association of Energy Law.
